Q: What if I see a photo booth for a lower price – can I price match?

A: Absolutely – go to our price match page. If we determine the price quote your received is for a photo booth comparable to ours we will match the price and even beat our competitors pricing.

Q: Is there an attendant with the photo booth for the entire time?

A: Yes. Our professional and friendly attendants stay with the photo booth to ensure it works properly and help guests with any questions.

Q: Why are your rates less expensive when your photo booth seems to be nicer?

A: Because we created and built our own photo booths, our costs are lower. This in no way means we sacrificed quality. As you can see our JUSTphotobooth is the product of many years of design, the first think you will notice, is the space, in our JUSTphotoboth your guest can come in a group of 17, this means that all the bridal party strike a pose! You’ll notice our booths look more modern and elegant than other companies. Also, our high quality cameras, lighting, and printers produce detailed, vibrant and clear photos.

Q: How many people can fit in the photo booth?

A: For our standard open air booths, they can accommodate 30+. For our booths with enclosure, they can have 17+ people (Black version) and 2-3 people in the new all white Version Photobooth

Q: How big is your photo booth? Power?

A: The Open Air Photo-booth dimensions are 48”W x 80”L. The dimensions of the full enclose photo-booth range from 4’x4’x7’ (l x w x h) to 10’x10’x7’. It require Power 120v AC, 3amps

Q: Can the JUSTphotobooth be used outside?

A: Yes, we can set the photobooth up outside, however, it must be on a level surface (e.g. cement patio, inside garage, etc). The location must also be covered and offer protection from inclement weather. Access to electricity is also required (The dimensions range from 4’x4’x7’ (l x w x h) to 10’x10’x7’. It require Power 120v AC, 3amps). If you are uncertain about the location you are considering, please feel free to contact us.

Q: When is payment due?

A: 1/2 of the total package + TAX when you book us, the last 1/2 of the rest of the package + TAX will be due 30 days before the event.

Q: Can you tell me about the quality of the photostrips?

A: Our photostrips are printed on high quality archival paper and are smudge, water and scratch resistant. We use the latest digital technology to ensure a clear picture with vibrant color. We are proud to say that the quality of the pictures in our photostrips are second to none! We use also professional DSLR CANON cameras, the same that we do use as a photographers (black Photobooth only)

Q: My event is not local. How far will you travel and is the cost for long distances included in my package?

A: Our packages include travel within 40 miles round trip of our local office. For events located outside of this area, please contact us and we would be happy to give you an estimate.
